For the second time the Summit brought together leaders of air transportation industry, Volga-Dnepr customers and partners, management experts - all powered by the ambitious yet very human goal - to find the answer to the question of "What can bring us from Good to Great in our services".

The summit key note speaker, Nassim Nicholas Taleb, engaged the participants into a discussion on “How to stay on the crest of a wave in a world full of black swans?”

Contributing much to the event attraction was, of course, the Italian venue with its exquisite food and beautiful weather.
